Descripción del artículoThis apartment benefits from it's great location in the busy holiday resort of Golden Sands. The apartment is central and only a 2 minute walk to the sea.
There is approx 2000 Sq feet of space set on the top floor of the complex, the maisonette has 2 floors. The first floor comprises of a wide living room area with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, downstairs toilet, dining area which seats 4 people, a cosy lounge area with 42" plasma screen TV with over 160 digital television channels, full surround sound and DVD player.
The living room has 2 doors at each end leading to a large balcony equipped with two sun loungers, tables and chairs. This area is ideal for afternoon drinks as the sunsets on both balconies from 2pm onwards so it is perfect for a BBQ till the early evening.
The internal staircase leads to a beautiful landing complete with double bedrooms well furnished with wardrobes, bedside tables, dresser, Plasma TV, DVD and CD player. This then leads to a luxury bathroom complete with his and hers sinks, a Jacuzzi corner bath and large power shower.
Guests have the opportunity to enjoy the views of the resort from a even larger second floor balcony where there are 4 sun loungers, tables and chairs. The apartment is facing west which means the large terraces benefit from maximum sun exposure. The apartment is ideally located with choice of sunbathing on the balcony or at the very close beach, its your choice!
Iglika Penthouse Apartment comes complete with coded alarm system direct to a 24 hour security station and a security guard at ground floor level for your complete piece of mind.
