This nice and safe apartment is a good option. It has a perfect location in the new town of Quito at just one block to a big Supermarket where you can buy from groceries to clothes. Turning right in the corner there is an ATM, pharmacy, and bakery. Few steps you can take different buses or taxi to Old town (at 20 minutes) and Mariscal (at 15 minutes). Crossing the main street there is a small park with exercise machine to do for free or walk around 10 minutes walk to Carolina park (big park in Quito) and to Quicentro Mall. At just two blocks you will find a laundry place.
This apartment is very spacious and on the second floor building. It has two rooms from 1 to 6 people. Spacious two bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. First bedroom has a Queen bed, second bedroom has two Queen bed. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, 1 ½ bathroom hot shower, Free Wi-fi and cable TV. You will find restaurants walking around the neighborhood.
Clean bedding, towels, soap and shampoo are provided.

It is recommended that you always carry around an overcoat in your bag or backpack (even on sunny days), because you\'ll never know when the temperature might change. An additional fact to take into account: the dry season (without rain) ranges from May to September and the rainy one extends from October to December.
The city has a latent past that can be felt in many of its streets: Contemporary:New town and North of Quito
Indpendence, Colonization and Prehispanic hystoric in the Old town.
