Descripción del artículoRecently opened/renovated in August 2012, this wonderful apartment is truly the ideal base to discover the beautiful walled city of Cádiz with its miles of golden, clean city beaches and shaded plazas set in a time gone by. Cádiz is a secret waiting for being discovered for the most discerning tourist.A nice and bright house in one of the most important streets of Cádiz. Columela is one of the most prominent pedestrianised and shopping street in the capital and very quiet at night time due to the lack of vehicle noise. For further information, our property is located on the 3rd floor with no lift. It has a gorgeous location fewer than 10 minutes within walking distance from the main tourist attractions, surrounded by shops, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Taxi rank and urban bus 5 minutes and railway station 10 minutes.There is a public fully manned 24 hrs car park 5 minutes from the property. Alternatively free on road parking can be found within a few minutes walk of the apartment. We do not have aircon in the apartment but in spring and summer, the apartment always maintains a circulation of fresh air by being on the 4th floor and benefiting from a breeze through the apartment by opening windows. In the winter months, portable halogen electrical heaters are available to provide heating. Apartment 90 m: living-room with TV, 2 bedrooms with bed 140 x 180 cm each one, bathroom, kitchen. We are confident that you will feel at home since you arrive in. The apartment is well equipped with towels, bed linen pillows and kitchen utensils. It provides all accessories needed to relax for a few days. Our apartment is totally refurbished/renovated with brand new material and can accommodate up to 5 people (4 people comfortable but 1 more sleeping in the sofa) Columela 29 3º floor offers you: -Bed 140x180 cms in each bedroom -Plasma TV -Bed linen and towels -Kitchen utensils -Ceramic Hob -Radio-toaster -Fridge and washing machine -Coffee maker -Bath amenities Please note above prices are for the apartment and not for person. Please ask for prices for 2 people for this apartment. For your information, we also manage another apartment with a stunning terrace in the same building 4º floor, which can accommodate up to 2 persons. The prices include bed linen and bath towels, as well as cleaning, electricity, water, etc. The apartment is available from 1500 hrs on the day of arrival. We ask the guests to vacate the apartment by 1030 hrs on their departure day. However, we are flexible, please ask. Please take note that there is a surcharge of 30,00 ¤ for late arrivals from 2100 hrs. We take a 50% holding deposit upon confirmation by bank transfer and the remaining balance is paid in cash when we meet on your arrival date. An English/Spanish representative will be on hand to answer all your questions and be there if needed should you have any problems. The beach is framed by the two castle: Santa Catalina and San Sebastián and its beauty is always mentioned in the songs during Carnival.Playa Santa María de mar, sits between Playa de la Caleta y Playa de la Victoria. The beach covers the ancient walls at Cádiz and provides stunning views of the beaches: Cortadura, Caleta y Victoria. Bus no. 1 to reach the Santa María del Mar and Victoria beach, and bus no. 2 to reach the Caleta beach. Población: España, COSTA DE LA LUZ, CADIZIn less than 10 minutes, you have the Cathedral, the Roman theatre, museums, the Town Hall and of course many bars where you can taste the famous “pescaito frito” and other delicious tapas. In Columela you will find the main fashion shops.The situation is ideal for those wanting to explore the surrounding coast and countryside areas such as Jerez de la Frontera,“Los Pueblos Blancos”, Chiclana, Tarifa, etc. Rota and El Puerto de Santa María can be reached by ferry (20 mins). The nearest airport is Jerez de la Frontera (45 km) some 45 minutes drive away from Cádiz. Seville airport (120 km) is an hour and a half away from Cádiz with regular bus and train services into Cádiz.
