'Palmyra' - Beautiful spacious open plan house on the Bertra beach Peninsular, nestled under Croagh Patrick.

This holiday home has a flexible concept and can be rented either as a :
- 2 bedroom property for up to 5 people
- 3 bedroom property for up to 7 People.
(for the extra optional en-suite bedroom there is a charge of Euro 100 / week in
low season or Euro 125 in high season ie July/August, x-mas and Easter
Holidays)

The house commands fantastic views of the holy mountain of Croagh Patrick and has partial sea views over Clare Island.
Entjoy the Views from the large Deck over the gardens and landscape
(- Barbeque supplied).

The house lies on a quiet private cul- de- sac road on the bertra peninsular in Clew Bay with sea on 3 sides and Croagh Patrick in front. This is an ideal place to combine a beach holiday with hill walking / exploring the many local attractions.

A short stroll away is the spectacular Blue Flag Beach of Bertra with sand dunes suitable for swimming, sea-angling, wind-surfing, kite-surfing and kayaking .

Local amenities besides beach based watersports and hill walking (Croagh Patrick) are golf, tennis, sea fishing out of Westport, sailing and bird watching. Surfing beaches closeby.

Situated between the villages of Murrisk and Lecanvey and 6km from the beautiful town of Westport, with its fabulous shops,pubs and restaurants and Music Festivals. There are indoor pools , spas and a modern cinema complex.

Louisburgh is also closeby with more attractions such as the Pirate Queen museum.

There are a couple of local pubs and restaurants in adjacent villages.

Long weekends : Euro 295.00 for 3 nights + Euro 35 Services
Bank holiday weekends : Euro 395.00 for 3 nights + Euro 35 Services

Service charges + Euro 50.00/week for heating, electricity and bin. ( + Euro 35/long weekend)

Euro 200.00 / week booking deposit required ( non-refundable if cancelled). Receipt of deposit secures booking and entry in on-line booking calendar.

Weekly Bookings Time frame - normally Saturday to Saturday (please vacate by 11 am to allow turn-around.)

Due to internal staircase/gallery and steps on deck/walkways and the pond with a waterdepht of 20-50 cm the property may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties or very young Children.

Short term multible week deals considered off-season. We are sorry but we do not allow pets.
Non-smoking House - smoking outside only.
