With bathroom and shower room, TV lounge has, large sofa and table for 5 people and a kitchenette with the necessary appliances (stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker). The apartment also includes underground parking at no extra cost. The complex has a pool guarded by a lifeguard in summer (from June 15 to September 15) with football.Situación del artículoThe apartment is located on the beach in Benalmádena, which is a few minutes walk. This beach has many services, such as pedal boats, gliders, and other watercraft rentals. The Harbor Marina is a 25 minute walk from the apartment, and 10 minutes by bus, offering a friendly atmosphere and the possibility of tourist trips by boat through the waters of Benalmádena. Also, just 15 minutes walk away, lies the Parque de la Paloma, of considerable size and has animals. Moreover, the International Xanit hospital is also nearby.
